Product Designer · Sendible
April 2022 – August 2026
Remote (UK). Social media management SaaS. Product, growth and brand design across the platform and its funnel.
- Owned Reporting 2.0 end-to-end as the sole designer on the initiative, running discovery across support, onboarding and customer success, defining the state model across seven report states and six module states, and designing the interaction across the templates panel, reports list, edit mode and canvas, working through loading, empty and error states and cross-surface coherence with the PM and three engineers; Facebook and TikTok were built and in internal testing.
- Built functional, interactive prototypes in production code with Claude Code rather than linked mockups, shipping a pricing page and its content manager directly to the external development agency and cutting handoff-to-live from around two weeks to one.
- Took new-visitor-to-trial conversion from 1.9% to a 3.11% quarterly average against a 3.00% target, running more than twenty experiments across homepage, pricing, demo, plan selection and sign-up between 2022 and 2026.
- Defined and tracked the KPIs the team judged design work by, building the ICE scoring framework used to rank every experiment and writing the growth-driven design process it worked to, from discovery through post-launch review.
- Lifted pricing-page trial conversion from 4% to 6% and Traction plan adoption from 20% to 31% in a single test, on a page carrying over 130,000 visits a year.
- Rebuilt the sign-up page to carry plan context through from pricing, taking sign-up-to-trial conversion from a July average of 27.6% to 61.8%.
- Built a plan selection page, ran a year of testing that showed its premise was wrong, then folded its one useful function into sign-up and cut the trial flow from four steps to three.
- Rebuilt the demo page as a routing problem after an earlier redesign lost its test, trading raw lead volume for lead quality and lifting demo-sourced pipeline 66% month on month.
- Worked fully remotely from Lagos with a UK-based product and marketing organisation for four years, running design reviews, critique and delivery across time zones in writing rather than in meetings.
- Partnered with product, engineering, marketing and analytics to define and sequence the conversion roadmap, building consensus across functions with competing priorities.
